New items coming in

We have a new list of new items that we have ordered and will soon be on the way here!  Be sure to go to rio.linkcat.info and sign in with your library card to put a hold on anything that you would like to read or watch.  You can find the pre-ordered items here.

An Exciting New Toy

For all of our crafters and D.I.Y.'ers out there, boy do we have a surprise for you!  We have a new resource called Creativebug that has everything you need to scratch your creative itch.  Just click the logo on the right and sign up to use this FREE resource.  If you have any questions, just give us a call.  Access to this resource was made possible by funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the CARES ACT.

September Book Club books are in!

The new title for the September meeting of our Book Club arrived today!  Copies can be picked up at the library for the meeting on September 21st.  Stop by if you have any questions or take a look right here.

New Resume Builder!

We have access to a new resume builder that can be found underneath our hours on our homepage.  You will need to sign up to use this tool and save your new resume.  It will take you step by step through the resume process and allow for multiple formats and download options.  Please feel free to check it out.

Wish and Want List

Our Wish and Want list is now digital.  Just click on Request a Book in the red bar and it will take you to the form you will need to fill out.  You will need your library card number to finish the form.  And, as always, you can still call us or stop by to let us know which books you would like to see added to our collection.

On the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month we will offer appointments for technology help.  Call ahead for one-on-one appointments with a librarian that will start at 5:00 p.m. so no one else will take away from your questions.  We can help with all sorts of basic questions.  Help with Microsoft Office, e-readers and e-books, our own on-line catalog and how to manage your own account are just some examples.
